Really bad for the environment and just not eco-friendly. The rooms are spacious and offer super comfy beds. Wondering where to stay in Tulum for couples? Most of the restaurants and shops are on the jungle side of the road, including Mateos, a fun three-story restaurant with hammocks, and Potheads, a fantastic breakfast spot. I loved staying at Central Park in town because it was set enough away from the main drag that it was quiet, but they also offered awesome amenities like a free shuttle to their beach club, free access to their beach club, and free bike rentals.
