In the cafe when sent me to the bars, the bars sent me to the restaurant, I waited for the restaurant to open and they could not give me some water� After 30 min of this back and fourth the cafe lady with an upset behavior stepped out and went to the lobby bar and got 2 bottle waters for me� When requested some Diet Coke to be in the room fridge, they never replaced� We could count in one hand the servers that were happy to serve us� Most of them showed dissatisfaction and looked annoyed when requested hot coffee� It is sad because service is a big part of the experience and I wish management address this issue.
